HR Manager in the Outsourcing Area

Responsibilities do contain, but are not limited to:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for various roles.
  • Coordinate recruiting & onboarding process with hiring managers to identify and meet staffing requirements.
  • Oversee compliance of the onboarding process for new hires

Training and Development:

  • Identify skill gaps, recommend, develop, and implement training programs for Production Management Team
  • Address performance issues through coaching, counseling, or disciplinary action as necessary.

Employee Relations:

  • Mediate conflicts and serve as a point of contact between employees or between employees and management.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify reasons for turnover.
  • Analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Employee Benefits and Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefit programs such as payroll, health insurance, and employee benefits package.
  • Review and benchmark compensation packages to ensure competitiveness in the market

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Process payroll and manage timekeeping systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employment, including documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience and employee satisfaction.

Employee Safety and Wellness:

  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for customer service representatives.
  • Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Address any health and safety concerns raised by employees promptly.

Profile:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German would also be desirable.
  • Good accounting skills in finance, wages preparation
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
