Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to perform system integration and testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, working closely with developers.
• Define and manage test plans, test cases, and execution strategies.
• Test software across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Identify high-value test areas and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Validate software specifications against business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, unit, and accessibility (WCAG) testing.
• Utilize network and system analysis tools such as Wireshark and command-line interfaces.
• Leverage and test cloud technologies as part of the QA process.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with mobile applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with MSSQL, Oracle, and relational database concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–2 years of experience with software development practices and languages.
• Familiarity with code and debugging in C#, JavaScript, Selenium, Visual Studio, and TestComplete.
• Understanding of Agile software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of client-server, three-tier, and SPA architectures.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility and compliance testing.
