Our client, a reputable company in the automotive industry is announcing an open vacancy in Skopje for the position:

FINANCE PLANNING AND ANALYSES MANAGER

 

Purpose of the job:

  1. Budget level- Budget - Lead the preparation of the annual budget, comparing it to actual results, and reporting on variances from the budget
  2. Control level- Process improvement - Review and analyses of current processes, identification of weaknesses and improvements and participation in the process of change
  3. Analyses Management Analyses - Provide quick and accurate management information; maintain system that gives on time information to management for decision making
  4. Business partnering- Provide Finance support to Operations, Supply Chain/Procurement functions and work with other functions across the site to ensure appropriate controls and processes exist and are operating effectively
  5. Reporting- Management Reports - Preparation of various types of reports and statistics to provide management with reliable and timely information necessary to control operations
  6. Document management- Archive - Keeping of archive of documents in its own area

 

Major challenge of the job:

  • Providing accurate financial information under tight reporting deadlines.
  • Handling the complexities associated with the budgeting process
  • Building relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Continually reviewing current processes and implementing new improvements

 

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Degree or professional qualification in Accounting and/or equivalent
  • Ability to apply knowledge of applicable Accounting standards and Local regulations
  • Microsoft office and knowledge of SAP
  • Demonstrable problem solving and strong analytical review skills
  • Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills (ability to collaborate with a multi-department team)
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Developing others
  • Delegating responsibilities and Gaining commitment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting
