What we are looking for:

A split role between QA and IT Support with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. You will be an integral part of a global IT Operations Team supporting a user base of 300+ industry leading software engineers, designers, administrators and managers who will coach you to further develop your skills while also working with Global QA Team.

 

Your core skills, attributes and achievements which will help excel in this role are:

  • Knowledge of various operating systems including MacOS, Windows 10, iOS and Android
  • Basic understanding of network technologies
  • Atlassian Suite experience
  • Experience in O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server
  • Tertiary education and industry experience highly regarded
  • Experience testing with multiple platforms – e.g. web, services, mobile devices
  • Experience in test design, test specification and execution of test cases
  • Strong communication skills, liaising with global teams with ease
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Brownie points for:

  • Experience with Postman, Charles Proxy, Swagger
  • Experience testing REST API, web-services

 

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for Skopje office employees as well as support for overseas offices using our IT Service Desk
  • Installation, configuration and ongoing management of workstations in Skopje office
  • Managing the IT stock for future growth
  • Writing technical documentation and guides
  • Training staff on our systems
  • Work within the QA team to assist with the preparation of test plans, test cases and the testing of software to company guidelines and standards
  • Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release
  • Participating in executing and maintenance of automated testing tools and scenarios
  • Developing and executing testing across platforms and devices
  • Providing feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
