Cyber Security Project Manager

What You’ll Do - Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects (SOC deployments, MSSP onboarding, CISO engagements, Red/Blue team operations, assessments, etc.)
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards
• Coordinate ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, SOC2 implementation or improvement projects for clients
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and lead meetings with clients and internal teams
• Support pre-sales by contributing to technical proposals and resource estimations

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity,
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
• Expertise in security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS controls
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent preferred
• Background in cybersecurity, IT engineering, or related technical field
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
