JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as a primary point of reference and business consultant for assigned partners; through email, phone, online presentations and in-person meetings;
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them;
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships;
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of the product;
- Collaborate with the CEO to onboard and integrate new partners, develop existing relationships;
- Adhere to the highest professional standards while managing partners’ accounts;
- Provide options and associated costs, including advising client on financing options;
- Giving suggestions for new functionalities based on marker requirements or competition development;
- Coordinate product and services overviews with clients, including demo presentations;
- Collect and analyze data to learn more about partners’ behavior;
- Gain solid knowledge of competitor.
QUALLIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field;
- Experience in IT sales or customer service is preferred;
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices, B2B or B2C;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of the product and its functionalities would be an advantage.

- Problem-solving attitude and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Attitude for fostering positive relationships;
- A competitive spirit, drive and self-motivation to generate revenue by selling company product and services;
- Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone or in person;
- Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships;
- Must be able to travel to potential clients’ located anywhere served by the location.
