Your Skills

• Bachelor’s or in the last year of study in E-business, Project Management, IT, Business Administration (or other relevant field of study)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn modern project tools and methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and apply knowledge, independently and in a team

Your Responsibilities

• Support full project lifecycle, from initiation through closing, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope and quality standards
• Learn and apply Microsoft’s Success by Design methodology
• Facilitate day-to-day project management activities including scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution
• Assist in stakeholder management ensuring clear and timely communication with internal teams and executive-level stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Ensure timely collection and validation of time sheets for resource tracking and financial reporting
• Monitor and organize resource allocation
• Coordinate project meeting and workshops, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are effectively managed
• Support risk and issue management processes, helping identify, document and track mitigation actions
