The person we are looking for should have the following requirements:

• Reach out to clients and prospective clients via LinkedIn, Email on a daily basis.
• Set and confirm appointments on a daily basis.
• Clean and organize emails (18,000+ emails). Categorize and get rid of junk.
• Set-up folders and organize Dropbox files.
• Gather customer information on a database on a daily basis, to keep track of each customer’s needs and have specific information for follow-up.
• This person must be decisive, determined, disciplined, energetic, enthusiastic, with initiative, creativity, intelligence, integrity, knowing how to influence others.
• It's very important that the person can have interpersonal awareness as the main contact is with clients.
• Have independent learning, perseverance, negotiating skills, self-development, and self-driven.
• Organized.
• Friendly, diplomatic, and patient person.
• Confident and reliable.
• Assertive.
• Customer-centered.
• Customer orientation.
• Detailed-oriented.
• Good communication (clear, straightforward, and respectful)
• Efficient.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
