We are a Canadian company that has been operating for more than 10 years of experience and are focused on hiring great people for long-term relationships with great entrepreneurs.
The person we are looking for should have the following requirements:
- Reach out to clients and prospective clients via LinkedIn, Email on a daily basis.
- Set and confirm appointments on a daily basis.
- Clean and organize emails (18,000+ emails). Categorize and get rid of junk.
- Set-up folders and organize Dropbox files.
- Gather customer information on a database on a daily basis, to keep track of each customer’s needs and have specific information for follow-up.
- This person must be decisive, determined, disciplined, energetic, enthusiastic, with initiative, creativity, intelligence, integrity, knowing how to influence others.
- It's very important that the person can have interpersonal awareness as the main contact is with clients.
- Have independent learning, perseverance, negotiating skills, self-development, and self-driven.
- Organized.
- Friendly, diplomatic, and patient person.
- Confident and reliable.
- Assertive.
- Customer-centered.
- Customer orientation.
- Detailed-oriented.
- Good communication (clear, straightforward, and respectful)
- Efficient.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
