We are looking for an Finance Administrator to join our team on fulltime or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
• Payments and Bank reconciliation: Processing the payments in the system, tracking customer payments and deposits
• Accounts Receivable: Generating and sending invoices to customers as also following up on overdue payments
• Preparing reports that provide an overview of accounts receivable aging, collections, and customer account activity.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries regarding billing or account balances.
• Recording/posting journal entries/accounting data in the software system up to date.
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting the team as required or assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field
• At least 1+ year of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong written and oral communication skills (both English and Macedonian)
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00 (adjustable)
