We’re Hiring: SEO Executives (Office-Based | Strumica)

We’re hiring an ambitious SEO Executive to drive organic growth for a highly competitive, US-facing Sportsbook & Online Casino brand.

• This is not a reporting role.
• This is a growth execution role.

You will support and execute the SEO roadmap across content strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimization, authority building, and performance reporting - working closely with Content, Product, Development, Design, and CRM teams.

This role is for someone who understands that SEO is about signups, first-time depositors (FTDs), acquisition efficiency, and commercial growth - not just rankings.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

You will:

• Execute SEO strategies aligned with business KPIs and growth targets
• Support monthly objectives across content production, keyword expansion, and technical improvements
• Monitor performance and provide clear, data-backed insights and opportunity analysis
• Identify gaps in non-brand organic acquisition and propose scalable improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure implementation happens on time
• Connect SEO activities to commercial outcomes: acquisition, conversion signals, and revenue contribution
• Proactively flag risks, traffic drops, technical blockers, or ranking volatility
• You are expected to think beyond tasks, and understand impact.
• AI / GEO Optimization (Core Focus)

We are building future-proof SEO systems.

• You should understand (or be eager to develop expertise in):
• Optimizing for AI-powered search environments and generative SERP features
• Entity-first SEO and structured data implementation
• Building topical authority systems rather than isolated keyword pages
• Improving visibility in LLM-driven discovery systems and answer engines
• Measuring impact beyond “blue links” — including SERP features and assisted conversions
• This is execution-focused — but strategically aligned with where search is going.
• What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

You will contribute to:

• Growth in organic-driven registrations
• Increase in non-brand organic FTDs
• Measurable improvements in technical health and content performance
• Stronger authority signals (quality backlinks and domain growth)
• Consistent execution of monthly SEO deliverables
• Clear, accurate performance reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Must-Have Experience
• 3–5+ years in SEO, ideally in competitive verticals
• Experience working across technical SEO, content strategy, and authority/link acquisition
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking systems
• Ability to interpret data and prioritize actions based on impact
• Clear communication and structured thinking

Tools & Analytics

• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4
• Experience with crawling tools (Screaming Frog, Conductor)
• Familiarity with rank tracking and reporting dashboards
• Ability to interpret SEO tests and performance trends

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in US-facing iGaming / high-competition verticals
• Programmatic SEO exposure
• Digital PR / authority-building knowledge
• CRO collaboration experience

Location & Schedule

• Office-based in Strumica, Macedonia
• 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
• Flexible working hours: 7 AM – 5 PM
