Our Client makes vision-assistive smart glasses for people losing their sight. Our channels are early. You would build them, not inherit them.
You own: Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You create everything yourself, run the paid campaigns, own the numbers and answer the DMs.
You must be fluent in AI tools: ElevenLabs, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and the leading video, image and editing tools. You should be using them daily, not experimenting with them. You should also be able to build AI agents and run them for ongoing marketing work, not just prompt one-off.
You must have: run social for a US consumer product company, grown an account with numbers to prove it, and made video end to end without a designer.
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 15:00 - 23:00 (office based in Skopje)

Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for a US-based consumer product company.
- Demonstrated success growing Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok accounts, with measurable results such as follower growth, engagement, reach, leads, or sales.
- Hands-on experience planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns.
- Strong experience creating short-form video content from concept to final edit without relying on a designer or external production team.
- Advanced, daily working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and ElevenLabs.
- Strong proficiency with leading AI-powered video generation, image generation, editing, and content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms, formats, trends, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, reach, views, and conversion performance.
- Comfortable being directly accountable for channel growth and marketing KPIs.
