  A U.S.-based transportation company is looking to hire a Safety Supervisor to join our remote operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and audit Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure DOT compliance

• Oversee the driver hiring process, including screening and onboarding

• Support drivers with safety-related inquiries and operational guidance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation

• Maintain constant communication with drivers and dispatch regarding safety protocols and procedures

• Take immediate and appropriate action in case of safety issues or compliance breaches

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a transportation safety or compliance role

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and safety standards

• Ability to make decisions in real time

• High level of accountability, organization, and independence

• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and webcam
