Role Overview:
Lead the day-to-day performance of our Market Research Associate team while architecting the processes, data hygiene, and tooling that underpin Sales Clover’s broader Revenue Operations services. 60% hands-on management of MRAs, 40% RevOps design and systems ownership. You report to the General Manager, Sales Clover Data & Systems.
Core Responsibilities
1. Team & Talent Management
- Hire, onboard, and coach a team of 6-10 MRAs
- Establish productivity KPIs (records cleaned/day, enrichment accuracy, SLA adherence) and run weekly performance reviews.
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge base articles that enable scale and consistency.
2. Service Delivery & Client Success
- Act as escalation point and secondary account manager for all MRA-only & RevOps clients; coordinate closely with GM on renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Build and enforce a ticketing/queue system to prioritize enrichment tasks and report on turnaround times.
- Partner with Sales Clover’s SDR leaders to support cross-sell motions and ensure data delivery and integrity for outbound programs.
3. Tooling & Systems Ownership (RevOps)
- Administer the division’s tech stack (Lusha, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clay, Linkedin). Own user provisioning, licence utilization, and vendor relationships.
- Audit data flows between sources and the Sales Clover warehouse; design rules for de-dupe, enrichment, and normalization.
- Evaluate new automation or AI tools quarterly and present business cases to the GM.
4. Process & Analytics
- Stand up a MRA metrics dashboard covering lead quality, record throughput, margin per project, and utilization.
- Run monthly root-cause analyses on data defects or missed SLAs and implement corrective action.
- Support the GM in forecasting capacity and staffing needs based on pipeline.
5. Cross-Functional Enablement
- Deliver enablement sessions for MRA, SDR, etc, teams on list-building best practices and data governance.
- Contribute to productizing new RevOps offers (e.g., Tool Admin-as-a-Service) by drafting scope, pricing assumptions, and delivery templates.
Ideal Profile
- 1+ years managing data or research teams in a B2B environment; background in lead enrichment or sales operations strongly preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with at least two major B2B data platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, Clearbit, Clay).
- Solid RevOps toolkit: CRM administration (HubSpot/Salesforce), workflow automation (Zapier, Make), reporting (google sheets, excel, Power BI, etc )
- Proven ability to translate messy data into clean, actionable datasets and to coach junior staff to do the same.
- Comfortable juggling tactical queue management with strategic systems design.
- Strong written documentation habits; experience building SOPs or knowledge bases.
- Nice-to-have: SQL basics, Python for ETL, exposure to AI enrichment APIs (OpenAI, Cohere).
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: 700 EUR to 1,000 EUR monthly based on experience
