We are seeking a diligent and experienced Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in the factoring industry. As Head of Risk Management, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and mitigating risks, ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in risk management and contribute to our company's growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management process for the organization, including risk assessments, analysis, and identification of potential liabilities.
• Establish the organization's risk appetite and determine acceptable levels of risk.
• Align risk management priorities with the company's strategic plans and ensure risk considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to enhance risk awareness and foster a risk-conscious culture.
• Monitor and manage portfolio aging, with a focus on high-risk segments.
• Evaluate clients' exposure to debtors and identify clients with significant concentration risk.
• Oversee the underwriting and due diligence processes for acquiring new clients or buying clients from other factors.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable risk matrix and criteria for broker approval, aiming to maintain an acceptable level of risk across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a related role within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in risk management practices, financial analysis, and relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to effectively convey risk-related information to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
