We are seeking a diligent and experienced Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in the factoring industry. As Head of Risk Management, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and mitigating risks, ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management process for the organization, including risk assessments, analysis, and identification of potential liabilities.
• Establish the organization's risk appetite and determine acceptable levels of risk.
• Align risk management priorities with the company's strategic plans and ensure risk considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to staff members to enhance risk awareness and foster a risk-conscious culture.
• Monitor and manage portfolio aging, with a focus on high-risk segments.
• Evaluate clients' exposure to debtors and identify clients with significant concentration risk.
• Oversee the underwriting and due diligence processes for acquiring new clients or buying clients from other factors.
• Develop and maintain a sustainable risk matrix and criteria for broker approval, aiming to maintain an acceptable level of risk across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a related role within the financial industry.
• Proficiency in risk management practices, financial analysis, and relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to effectively convey risk-related information to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
