We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of accuracy in our data processes.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through various online channels. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by generating quality leads and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and target markets
  • Generate qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and other digital tools
  • Maintain and update lead databases accurately
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects through consistent communication
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies
  • Track performance and provide regular reports on lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage
  • Ability to work with KPIs and targets
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
