AIR CARGO OPERATIONS

Skopje, North Macedonia Product Management – Air / Full-time / On-site

Cargo-partner is a privately owned full-range info-logistics provider offering a comprehensive portfolio of air, sea, land transport and warehousing services, with special expertise in information technology and supply chain optimization.
Since 1983, we’ve provided logistics services for customers around the globe. We are continually in the process of expanding our network and the services we are able to offer. Year for year, our company continues to grow both in terms of size and expertise. As of January 4th of last year, cargo-partner is officially part of the Japanese Nippon Express Group (NX Group).

Tasks:

• Planning, organization and execution of Air Cargo Transports worldwide;
• Handling of air freight consignments incl. invoicing, calculation and quotation;
• Handling customers inquiries;
• Complaints and claims processing;
• Cooperation and negotiating with our partners at national and international level;
• Communication with airlines, suppliers, customers, colleagues and business partners worldwide;
• Managing work flow, monitor shipment profitability;
• Advising and reporting Air Product Manager;
• Opening files within our tracking system;
• Support and cooperation with sales team as needed.

Requirements and skills:

• Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluent English language knowledge;
• Accurate, self-imitative and self-confident personality;
• Business orientation and customer focus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Positive and motivating attitude.

Additional and special advantages:

• Previous experience min 2 (two) years at similar position;
• Freight forwarding or even Air Cargo Operations  knowledge in particular.
