Front Desk Coordinator

Innox Technology and Innovation Center is located in a dynamic environment, the International Balkan University ecosystem is state-of-the-art, the center of innovation, entrepreneurship and development, and the startup scene in Skopje and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual. 
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting spaces as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 

Qualifications:

• Having experience in another innovation center is a big plus.
• To be able to use English, (Macedonian/Albanian, or better both, Turkish good to have) languages effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment.
• You care about digital privacy and you want to make a difference.
• Willingness to learn new concepts.
• Positive attitude, Intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
