QA Engineer

Job responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for providing statistical analysis on the performance of our receipt scanning function, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing them across multiple clients.

  • Identify, gather and prepare data from various sources to analyse, identify trends and report on performance against supplier KPIs.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business issues
  • Respond to receipt scanning incidents logged by clients, identify the issue and implement steps to prevent recurrence
  • Report on the usage of receipt scanning and provide details of any discrepancies to suppliers
  • Collaborate with the receipt scanning provider towards better performance
  • Create visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively
  • Prepare reports, where required, to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot incidents following standard procedures, knowledge base and own investigation, and escalate complex incidents to the product manager and/or supplier
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the onboarding of new clients into the receipt scanning product
  • Any other requests as directed by line management

Job requirements

  • Proficient experience with data analysis tools like Excel, PowerBI, Google Sheets and MySQL
  • Good communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient, effective and proactive attitude
  • Eager to learn and curious about technology
  • Willing to work different shifts, weekends, and Macedonian holidays when required
