We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating new EoR hires, managing employment documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage new client cases once they decide to move forward with hiring 
• Collaborate with partners and clients to collect all required information 
• Gather employee details, employment terms, and end client data 
• Draft and finalize employment agreements with accuracy 
• Send contracts and ensure everything is in place for a smooth start 
• Coordinate a seamless onboarding process before transitioning to the payroll team 
• Report to the Onboarding Manager 

Qualifications 

• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with partners and clients. 
• Experience in HR, onboarding, or a similar role, ideally within an EoR or similar service structure. 
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on efficiency. 
• Familiarity with remote work environments and international teams is a plus. 
• Familiar with AI tools, or at least open to learning to use AI tools, to increase productivity.
