On behalf our client, a company from the industrial sector in Macedonia, recognized for its state-of-the-art machinery and technologies, experienced workforce and high product quality, Dekra is looking for: BUSINESS MANAGER

Job description:

• Internal reporting to Managing Director;
• Ensuring business needs are being met at all times;
• Production planning on a daily basis with Technical Manager;
• Strategic planning on improving organizational process in production;
• Approving purchasing of tools and equipment;
• Handling quality issues;
• Functional and discipline management of entire staff;
• Decision making on employment and recruiting;
• Evaluation of performance of staff;
• Close communication with external accountant;
• Responsible for salary payment, payment of invoices, cash flow and bank account;
• Close communication with external lawyer;
• Ensuring all legal obligations are met, considering the local and international laws;
• To represent the company in business with third parties.

Required qualifications: 

• University degree/Masters degree in: Business, Management, Economics/International Economics, Law;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience on a management level, preferably in production environment;
• Experience working in an international environment;
• Fluent in English Language, written and spoken; German would be an advantage;
• Ability to independently manage a daily business in a medium-sized organization;
• Ability to quickly adapt and understand production process
