KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Sales and marketing activities on designated area:
- Develops sales plans and reports on their implementation.
- Manages the work of the sales team in a defined territory.
- Field assessment of the work of the sales team.
- Creates and maintains relationships with distributors, wholesalers and major pharmacy chains.
- Organizes and participates in professional gatherings.
- Manages the marketing budget defined for the certain territory.
- Manages the sales and marketing team independent professional-commercial associate and Professional-commercial associate for the certain territory.
- Product launch, as well as pre-launch phase management.
- Making a sales forecast on a monthly basis.
- Monitoring the work of competition and market changes.
- Performs other tasks in accordance with the order of the superior.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALITY
- Adheres to the principles of GMP in the extent related to the performed activity. Is obliged to regularly train in this policy.
HSE
- Adheres to the principles communicated within the ESMS Policy of Zentiva detailed in the internal rules of the Company for the purpose of observing the rules of the Health & Safety at Work and the Environmental & Safety Management System.
PHARMACOVIGILANCE
- All employees are obliged to report any suspicion to adverse events of medicinal products, any adverse events concerning use of a medical device and any other safety information about medicinal products or medical devices in line with relevant internal regulations
COMPLIANCE
- The employee will comply with all internal policies and rules of the Company. The employee will make her/himself acquainted with the Code of Ethics (Zentiva “Code of Common Senses”) and will comply with the principles stated therein and in all related policies and other internal documents.
We need you to have:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing in similar work position
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
- English language skills
- Valid driving license
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications
