DOT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a talented, motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skilled and high-performing DOT Compliance Specialist to join our newly established team led by the one of the best Safety & Compliance experts in USA. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist with the development & management of customers’ Driver Qualification and Vehicle Qualification files
• Regularly Monitor and address any upcoming expiring documents, obtaining renewed copies before customers are out of compliance.
• Use FMCSA Regulations to understand what documents are required in each file, and how long to retain them.
• Assist Customers with the Audit process, when applicable.
• Monitor Driver/Vehicle Examination Reports (Inspection Reports).
• Monitor drivers’ compliance with corporate safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor Safer and submit DataQ challenges as needed or requested by customers.
• Oversee Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements, ensuring that these are included in driver files, or that failures are communicated to customers.
• Assists in identifying trends and areas of concern for companies in order to help them improve their safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet, other web-based systems
• Requires strong interpersonal & communication skills, compliance, implementation, and auditing tasks
• Must be familiar with standard DOT or Agency Compliance concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent writing & proof-reading skills as well as superior verbal & organizational skills
• Goal oriented, self-managing with time & project consideration
• Comfortable with working Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00h (US working hours)
• The position is based in our brand new offices in the Nastel Business Center, Skopje
