About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Business Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technology—translating requirements into effective Business Central solutions that drive value for our clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with international stakeholders, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless implementation, adoption, and optimization of Business Central across various business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs for Business Central.
- Collaborate with the technical team to configure, test, and deploy BC functionalities.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and user training sessions.
- Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements leveraging BC features.
- Support data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
- Prepare documentation for business processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Stay up to date with Business Central releases and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field — or equivalent 7+ years experience in relevant industries such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes in at least one of the following: finance, supply chain, sales, procurement, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting full-cycle BC implementations is a plus.
- Knowledge of BC/NAV configuration, workflows, and reporting tools would be a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) or a similar platform like NetSuite, SAP or Pantheon would be great plus
