Main responsibilities  

  • Take care of the administrative work regarding documents and legal compliance.  

  • Taking care of the office supplies and orders  

  • Making sure the administrative paperwork is organized and filed, physically as well as digitally.  

  • Organize and maintain invoices, files, and records, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible.  

  • Prepare information and research for executive needs.  

 

Candidate profile  

  • At least a Law Bachelor’s Degree/Economics or experience equivalent  

  • Min 3 years of working experience a related field (working in an IT company is a plus)  

  • Professional curiosity and interest in the field of the technologies used.  

  • Business-minded  

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills  

  • Fluent in English (B2 EU level minimum) 

   

Skills  

  • Experience with Office Administration   

  • Office Suite  

  • Experience with popular content management systems   

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills  

 

The following skills are a plus  

  • French speaker  

  • Previous experience working in an IT company.   

  • Experience with recruitment
