Job Requirements

● Good communication (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders

● Willing to work different shifts, weekends, and Macedonian holidays when required
● Google workspace: Email, docs, sheets, meet
● Microsoft Excel basic skills (editing, formatting, filtering and sorting information in a document)

Job Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for providing assistance to our clients with our receipt scanning function and ensuring that any receipts referred by our suppliers for manual review are completed in a timely manner, maintaining a high-quality standard.
● Respond to receipt scanning manual reviews
● Report on the usage of receipt scanning and provide details of any discrepancies to suppliers
● Collaborate with the receipt scanning provider towards better performance of the automated review
process
● Monitor the Jira support queue and accept or assign tickets based on priority and skills
● Troubleshoot incidents following standard procedures, knowledge base and own investigation, and escalate complex incidents to the second line of support, including the supporting evidence and information for the second line to replicate and fix the issue
● Any other requests as directed by line management
