Marketing Manager

Tigo.mk is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the sales and marketing strategy of the company.

This role will involve:

• Develop and execute brand and product marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share
• Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts
• Develop concepts and participate in the creative direction when creating new marketing campaigns
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds accordingly
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and all marketing activities
• Oversee all communication content and elements and make sure to be in line with the local regulation and company’s procedures and regulations
• Oversee, develop and implement digital marketing campaigns e.g. Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns
• In line with the marketing mix, proposes efficient traditional advertising channels to increase brand awareness on TV, Radio, OOH, indoor and outdoor, print, and branches visibility
• Organize events, branch openings and different promotions
• Plan, monitor ad perform market research on market competitors and environment, including prices, products, and commercial campaigns.

The Ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager
• Preferably experience in international company
• BS degree in marketing, sales or relevant
• Thorough knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, pricing
• In-depth understanding of local regulation
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proficiency in English language
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-initiative and hands-on-approach
