We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner to join our Product team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful delivery of features that align with business goals and user needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, and Business Stakeholders—you will act as the bridge between strategic objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery and iteration.
• Define, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct market and user research to validate product ideas and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to drive continuous product improvement.
• Balance competing priorities, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within agile teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven products.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for understanding customer problems and designing valuable solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce product environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
• Background in UX, software development, or data analytics.
• Exposure to metrics frameworks like OKRs or KPIs.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
