About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team in Skopje. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees, maintaining IT equipment and systems, and ensuring smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment.
• Set up workstations and user accounts for new employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and other business applications.
• Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory.
• Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Monitor and resolve IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and technical issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when required.
• Ensure company IT equipment and systems are properly maintained and secured.
• Follow company IT policies and security procedures.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT support, technical support, help desk, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, laptops, desktop computers, and other office equipment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work on-site in our Skopje office.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Basic knowledge of network administration.
• Experience with IT asset management systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar.
