📍 We’re Hiring — Track & Trace Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Track & Trace Specialist to join our team.

✅ Responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• (Excellent spoken and written English is essential)
• Daily communication with drivers
• Track drivers’ ETA for pickup and delivery
• Inform dispatch about delays, issues, or route changes
• Assist drivers with problems at shipper and receiver locations
• (pickup numbers, appointment times, confirmation numbers)
• Send Proof of Delivery (POD) to brokers once the driver is empty
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) rules
• 🕑 Working Hours
• 14:00 – 23:00 (local time)
