We are looking for an HR Operations Partner (Maternity Cover - 12 month FTC) which will play a crucial role in managing and resolving HR queries from Singular’s people as they arise. The role will be responsible for delivering HR support through Workday’s support tool, Workday Help, answering a range of “How do I?” In addition, HR Ops is responsible for the execution and management of all employment related paperwork in accordance with the local legislation.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. You and your manager will agree on the best working pattern that suits both of you. We’ll kit you out to work remotely, but we know that collaboration is key to our success, and spending quality time together helps us stay aligned with our mission.
What you’ll do:
- As a member of the Global HR Operations team will act as the go-to resource for “How do I?” questions that are sent through the Workday Help case management tool;
- Manage and process HR hire to retire transactions in Workday, including complex Workday transactions and mass data uploads, gathering the appropriate level of information to correctly process as required and in alignment with established Flutter practices.
- Responsible for escalating employee queries to the appropriate teams when In-Country, escalated or specialist support is required.
- Monitor progress against SLAs and delivery against agreed scope, performance, and timelines.
- Constantly check data in the HR system and update with different information such as terminations, salary and position changes, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Act as the first point of contact with employees in connection with HR administration related inquiries and prepare requested employee notices.
- Take responsibility for legal compliance with labor laws, including managing required paperwork for new hires, terminations, employee transfers, salary increases, and other employment matters.
- Be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain relevant employee records/contracts/annexes/orders in both in a digital and hard copy format.
- Preparing reports for the payroll team on a monthly basis: salary changes, new hires, termination, on call, on duty.
- Generate monthly report on Employee Leave balance (Capex) for North Macedonia and Malta
- Manage insurance list; Constantly review and update with employee related changes.
- Coordinate visa application process: work with the central team, coordinate, chase and follow up as required.
- Related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
Working Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administrative positions
- Profound experience with local labour law
Standard Qualifications:
- Comfortable with navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred);
- Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes preferred.
- Proficient in navigating local employment legislation
- Proficiency with common collaboration tools: Google Docs, Slack.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Advanced level of English Language.
