For the Regional Office CEE/CIS/Middle East we are looking for a committed:
Regional ProDIGI Coordinator (f/m)
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
Responsibilities:
Supports ProDIGI (software) system roll out in SOS programmes
- Participates in the development of ProDIGI regional implementation plan and defines necessary resources
- Conducts trainings and builds capacity of staff in Memeber Assosiations/MAs and Regional Office/IOR on ProDIGI system
- Supports implementation of Results Based Management/RBM approach in MAs as pre-requirement for successful ProDIGI implementation
Lead Business Requirement Management
- Gathers, articulates and analyses business requirements related to ProDIGI system. This includes collecting feedback from users and communicating requirements of system adaptation to product owners
- Supports the IOR and MAs during go-live and stabilization phases, acting as the regional expert on programme management components
Support system maintenance and improvement
- Perform testing of the system
- Maintains an overview of the implementation status of each MA
- Monitors implementation of ProDIGI system in MAs, summarize key learnings of implementation process and suggest improvement measures
Stakeholder Management
- Manges ongoing relationships with business partners and functional stakeholders including the regional roll out team and the developers/system owners
- Represents the project/product in management meetings and alignment meetings
- Is a member of Connect SOS regional roll-out team and contributes to alignment between various components of the system
Product Integration
- Maintains communication and understanding with other running products and software projects in order to ensure alignment of business needs and solution designs.
- Maintains strong cooperation with Programm Database/PDB regional project team to ensure alignment between systems
- Maintains strong cooperation with RBM regional trainers team to ensure coherent implementation of RBM and ProDIGI
Requirements:
Essential:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position involving implementation of Results Based Management (RBM), Monitoring and Evaluation and data management systems
- Experience in use of data to inform decision-making, planning, and performance monitoring
- Experience with data management systems
- Proven track record of project management and experience in leading roles or ownership of projects/processes
- Experience in conducting training, workshops and other capacity building activities of staff in the area of RBM, M&E and data management systems
- Relevant work experience in iNGOs or international organizations is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in translating business requirements into “IT language”
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
Desirable:
- Very good analytical skills to draw business-relevant conclusions
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge in computer statistical packages (i.e. SPSS) is an asset
- Experience with Salesforce or willingness to learn
- Able and willing to travel within the region
