About the role:

You will be responsible for complete oversight of a co-working space in collaboration with an experienced colleague, ensuring the office's overall functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the office work processes
• Management and coordination of the cleaning service and ensuring the safety of the office
• Enforcing office rules and regulations
• Providing support to the clients
• Presenting the space to prospective tenants
• Рesolving conflicts among tenants

Requirements:

• Оrganizational skills - working in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks
• Communication skills - verbal and written communication skills are vital in this role, as a significant portion of the daily activities involves communicating with clients
• Customer-oriented - should be service-focused and consistently proactively engage with clients, responding to their requests promptly.
• Problem-solving and Conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented - demonstrating meticulous precision in tasks, ensuring thoroughness and completeness without overlooking any details.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility for working in shifts.
