 ACCOUNTS PAYABLE АSSISTANT

Position description: Administrative support in Accounting department during year end process.

Needed education: University degree. Faculty of economy would be preferable (but not mandatory).

Working experience: Previous work in international company would be an advantage.

Skills and abilities:

• Advanced MS Excel,
• Word,
• E-Mail,
• Outlook skills (must have),
• Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills,
• Ability to follow and comply with instructions given by the superiors ,
• Fluent in verbal and written Macedonian and English,
• Good analytical skills,
• Detail oriented.

Driving licence: N/A,

Languages: English language - fluent,

List of duties:

• Updating Vendor Master Data (deleting zero turnover vendors, contacting all other vendors by e-mail and/or phone,
• Obtaining up-dated VIF form,
• Sending Balance confirmations requests to all vendors as of 31.12.2017,
• Reconciliation of Balance confirmations received with clients balance and follow up on differences,
• Other administrative YE tasks delegated by Senior Accountant.
