We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to join us as an Administrative Assistant with strong English language skills, working exclusively in the second shift. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kumanovo.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and partners via email and phone (in English)

Handle and organize administrative documentation
-
Input and verify data in the system

Provide daily administrative support to management
-
Prepare reports and other documents as needed
🔹 Requirements:

Completed secondary or higher education
-
Excellent written and spoken English

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email communication)

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Availability to work in the second shift (from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Willingness to work on-site in Kumanovo
