The Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for amplifying the employer brand internally in the company and externally with the broad audience in Balkan & Adriatic region (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia).

Join our Transcom family as Employer Branding Specialist!

  • Support candidate attraction through different campaigns and produce marketing material
  • ​Manage and promote our company’s presence on social media
  • Research market trends, competitor landscape, and potential partnerships to recommend new ways to attract candidates
  • Coordinate different content creation sessions, including photo and video creation sessions
  • Monitor, control and optimize media buying campaigns and the monthly recruitment advertising budget
  • Organize thematic days, milestone celebrations, anniversaries, promotion celebrations and other employee engagement projects
  • Organize welcome kits for new employees, employee recognition and engagement gifts for existing employees and any other type of employers merchandise
  • Manage internal communication processes to keep employees updated and informed about the news in the company
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners
  • Manage internal and external brand integration projects that follow defined branding integration strategy

 

What we are looking for:

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program
  • Effective written/verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of English on C1 level
  • Experience in Employee Experience / Recruitment Marketing / Employer Branding / Digital Marketing / Media Buying
  • Experience in using Facebook Ads Manager as an advertising tool and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business)
  • Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to come up with highly innovative ideas of how to attract different target groups and create inspiring Social Media content and materials
  • Digital mindset, experience in storytelling and social media expertise
