Job role:
To ensure full compliance of all cultivation activities with GACP and GMP standards through continuous oversight, implementation, and improvement of procedures, active deviation management and documentation, as well as by providing training and support to the team — all with the ultimate goal of maintaining high quality standards and readiness for inspections.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Implementation of GACP/GMP Procedures
- Oversight and verification of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in cultivation
- Ensuring that daily operations are conducted in line with pharmaceutical production standards
- Supporting the review and updating of existing procedures
- Deviation and Non-Conformance Management
- Identifying deviations and initiating deviation reports
- Supporting investigations, documentation, and definition of CAPA measures
- Training staff to recognize and report deviations
- Documentation Control and Management
- Reviewing the accuracy and compliance of records, logs, and checklists
- Assisting in establishing and maintaining the documentation system
- Communicating with QA in case of documentation discrepancies
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Identifying risk points in cultivation processes
- Proposing and implementing corrective measures
- Participating in internal audits and GAP analyses
- Training and Support for the Cultivation Team
- Organizing and conducting training on GACP/GMP, SOPs, and documentation
- Supporting supervisors and operators in the practical implementation of requirements
- Daily communication with QA — acting as the “QA contact person” in cultivation
Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical degree or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (standard or cannabis)
- Knowledge of GACP and GMP principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Teamwork skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and professionalism
