CONTROLLER

Panteleon GS is building a world-class team of top finance, accounting, and logistics professionals to support our growing roster of client. We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, ambitious person for our new opening – CONTROLLER that would lead the Accounting department exclusively for one of our clients that has experienced more than 100% growth Year-Over-Year.

Your responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate preparation of both operational and financial reports and statistics for Top management, Departmental management, and External stakeholders
• Monthly Closing procedures
• Conducting financial analysis
• Support to the management decision-making process
• Preparing forecasts on a weekly and monthly level
• In-depth analysis of the financial reports
• Keeping track of the KPI’s and conducting detailed analysis of the metrics
• Supervising the Accounting department
• Participating in improvement initiatives, re-engineering of business processes and internal controls

Your qualifications:

• University degree in Economics
• At least 2 years of experience on a managerial position in Accounting & Finance or at least 4 years of experience in Public Audit
• Excellent knowledge of managerial and financial accounting
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent numerical logic and strong analytical skills
• Business English language proficiency
• Excellent MS Office Package skills
