
On behalf of our client, Shimadzu d.o.o., Manpower is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the position of:
Sales Manager (m/f)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Coordinating and supervising all sales activities to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
- Management of the sales team in North Macedonia and close cooperation with sales teams in the region.
- Proposing strategies, policies, and objectives and drawing up long-term and annual plans.
- Preparing the annual budget according to defined business goals, monitoring the results, managing and overseeing the sales team, and setting up KPIs.
- Monitoring needs and researching market trends as well as directions of development of competing companies
- Proposing new ways of working and better procedures in accordance with the market and new trends.
- Expanding client database, researching and recognizing the demands and expectations of clients, identifying their needs and desires, as well as evaluating their satisfaction.
- Conducting the entire sales process and mentoring the team
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor or higher degree (pharmacy, medicine or biomedical major preferred)
- Minimum 3 years on the same or similar positions
- Skills and experience to identify decision-makers, decision influencers, and other stakeholders in a client organization, and articulate our proposals to align with customer business goals
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to develop the overall business
- Responsibility and independence in work – you are expected to have results and good organization of work
- Passion for learning and sales
- And definitely good use of MS Office tools, active English proficiency, driver's license, and willingness to travel.
