Key responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new business clients through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
• Arrange and lead sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored banking solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and negotiate terms to close new business
• Act as a trusted financial advisor by analyzing client financials and recommending products that support growth and working capital needs
• Track sales pipeline and performance against targets, reporting results and market insights to senior management
• Represent the bank at industry events and local business forums to increase brand visibility and generate leads

• Proven experience in sales
