For the needs of our US-based client operating in the gastronomy and restaurant industry, we are looking for ambitious, results-driven, and motivated Sales Agents and Sales Team Leader to join our brand new Sales Team.
This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a sales-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (14:00 - 22:00) | Office-based position in Skopje
Responsibilities
· Research and identification of customer stakeholders.
· Lead generation based on research and already provided leads.
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products through the key features and benefits.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
· Work towards sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
· Develop your sales, communication, and negotiation skills through practical experience.
