We are a fast growing technology company and are establishing a new software development centre in Skopje.
Producing software products to a high level of quality is crucial to our success as a company, particularly as our products are used by healthcare organisations. The company has decided to invest significantly in an exciting new Continuous Delivery initiative to improve quality and speed to market of our products.
Role Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst will become the recognised “go to person” for the Global Sales Team to approach for assistance in the creation of complex customer quotes. Requiring considerations including year-on-year changes to license volumes, associated decommissions and differing renewal term periods – such quotes require a deep understanding of Salesforce and how it interacts with Netsuite in order to generate quotes which are capable of acceptance. In addition to providing this valuable assistance to the sales team, the role is uniquely positioned to develop education on best practices for the Salesforce users at Allocate and to sponsor system improvements to facilitate creation of complex quotes and reduce order non-compliance. Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, this role will include involvement in projects associated with further enhancement of business data accessible in Allocate Salesforce CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Authority on CPQ configuration, and use, function and behaviour of all pricing fields
- Perform complex quote creation on behalf of sales team (Target no more than 5% by booking value/volume)
- Drive improved data quality through early identification of issue including : Incorrect Start/Finish Dates, Missing Frameworks, Value Adjustments, Credit/Decoms, Missing Services Elements, Billing Frequency, Term Dates, Opportunity Types
- Monitoring Contracts Management Mailbox
- Champion Salesforce configuration enhancements to reduce intervention required on complex quotes
- Testing of new functionality, new products and/or pricing as it relates to the Quote to Order process
- Generate Renewal Opportunities, combine isolated upsell deals
- Update Indexing from Time-to-time (RPI)
- Assist with business transition and transformation projects
- Implement reports track key business KPIs, focus on CPQ
- Assist in data quality initiatives as required specifically in SFDC
- Act as business analyst for the Sales Org working directly with SFDC admin
- Complex customer analysis
- Ad-Hoc reporting in support of strategic Initiatives
- Master Data clean up and management
- Business Analyst support for Cross-Functional Improvements
- Maintain lessons-learned
- Provide ad-hoc coaching and advice to the sales team on quote construction
- Conduct Knowledge Training Sessions on Salesforce Best Practices
- Compile and maintain offline education resources to support with CPQ activity
- Pre-check of significant deals prior to close-pending (all deals in final week/qtr)
- Detailed comprehension of Salesforce interaction with Netsuite & billing
- Archiving documents in Laserfiche / Ensuring completeness of documentation
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:
Analyst
- 2-5 years relevant work experience, SAAS background is an asset, in sales analyst function
- Strong comprehension of a sales process
- Demonstrable high proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience of interacting with virtual teams in multiple geographies
- Proficient in Excel
Highly Regarded Skills
- Business Degree or Diploma
- Evidence of expertise in Salesforce (relevant Trailhead Modules)
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Tableau and/or Netsuite
