In order to strengthen our team at our factory in Kavadarci, we are searching for highly motivated professionals  who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm as an additional support to the Management.

Tasks:

• Assure all production processes in the plant
• Ensure smooth operations with respect to quality and on time delivery in order to warrant optimal customer supply
• Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
• Develop department-specific goals, break down and prioritize the department goals, follow up on goals and evaluate goal achievement
• Identify potential, develop suggestions for improvement, and assure the implementation of improvements for processes and structures as well as procedures and methods
• JIS/JIT delivery to customer
• Implementation of business management quality goals in all areas
• Ensure that staffing requirements are met according to plant needs in consultation with the responsible DMM staff members
• Responsible for the smooth operation of manufacturing processes in accordance with DMM management objectives
• Cost-conscious organization of operations
• Cooperation with quality assuring functions in order to maintain and perpetuate flawless quality
• Initiation and monitoring of corrective measures on the management system in the production process as well as on the product in coordination with the responsible areas

Profile:
• Bachelor degree in the field of Engineering
• Professional experience minimum 3 years in production
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent command of the English language; comprehension of German language preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
 FMEA knowledge
