Pharmaceutical Production Operator

Job Summary: As a Pharmaceutical Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized production environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation:
   1. Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
   2. Conduct equipment set-up, calibration, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
2. Quality Control:
   1. Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure that products meet specified quality standards.
   2. Report any deviations from quality standards and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.
3. Documentation:
   1. Complete production and quality control documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
   2. Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch records and logbooks.
4. Safety Compliance:
   1. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
   2. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns promptly.
5. Cleaning and Sanitization:
   1. Follow cleaning and sanitization procedures to maintain a sterile and hygienic production environment.
   2. Participate in routine cleaning and sanitation activities as required.
6. Team Collaboration:
   1. Work collaboratively with other team members, including technicians, engineers, and quality control personnel.
   2. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications:

1. Education:
   1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
   2. Additional education or certification in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
2. Experience:
   1. Previous experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments is preferred.
   2. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is advantageous.
3. Skills:
   1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
   2. Ability to follow SOPs and work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
   3. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
   4. Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
4. Physical Requirements:
   1. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
