повеќе за компанијата »On behalf of our client, ADOC Pharma, regional pharma company with more than thirty years of experience, counting more than 150 permanent employees, DEKRA is looking for:
JOB DECRIPTION:
- Represent and promote Roche Diagnostics products to medical staff and healthcare professionals;
- Prepare and implement structured work plans aligned with business objectives;
- Organize and deliver professional presentations on Roche Diagnostics products;
- Participate in the planning and organization of conferences, symposia, and medical education events;
- Actively contribute to building and strengthening the Roche brand and its product presence in the market;
- Develop and manage annual budgets related to product promotion and commercial activities;
- Create and maintain an up-to-date client and stakeholder database;’
- Monitor sales activities and performance, providing feedback and proposing improvement strategies;
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the local business partner in North Macedonia;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biochemistry, or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or medical devices industry;
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the country;
- Fluent in English with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively; Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving;
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team;
