We are looking for a talented, motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skilled and high-performing  Logbook Specialist to join our newly established team led by the one of the best Safety & Compliance experts in USA. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist drivers with day-to-day HOS-ELD issues/questions
• run and audit HOS reports daily, identifying violations and addressing them as needed with customers.
• As required, communicates to customers that drivers are out of compliance
• Provide log instruction to fleet managers
• Audit & edit logs to correct driver mistakes
• Communicate DOT Regulations and DOT interpretations in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Maintain and track audit reports
• Copy and distribute documents as requested

Requirements

• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Internet, AS400 and web-based systems
• Requires strong interpersonal & communication skills, compliance, implementation, and auditing tasks
• Must be familiar with standard DOT or Agency Compliance concepts, practices, and procedures, specifically within hours of service and ELDs
• Excellent writing & proof-reading skills as well as superior verbal & organizational skills
• Goal oriented, self-managing with time & project consideration
• Comfortable with working Mon-Fri, 15:00-23:00h (US working hours)
• The position is based in our brand new offices in the Nastel Business Center, Skopje
