For the needs of our Client in the USA, we are recruiting dynamic and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage, lead and scale an existing sales team. This role is for someone who leads by example, brings structure, and drives consistent execution.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable
• Drive daily activity, discipline, and follow-ups
• Track performance and close gaps fast
• Improve scripts, processes, and conversion
• Work closely with management on targets and execution
