Medical  Functional Trainers

The Medical Functional Trainer is responsible to provide world-class services for Healthcare software implementation projects in regulated industry as blood banks, hospitals and cellular therapy laboratories throughout the project life cycle by delivering high quality functional training.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical/  Biological Sciences or equivalent;
• Adept with MS Office applications;
• Excellent verbal and written English;
• Ability to work well independently and with a team; excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong  team-building skills and ability to work as member of a global team;
• Willingness to attend international medical congresses and to travel abroad (USA, EU countries, etc.).

 Demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with Toxicology Department testing services

Desired skills and experience

• Experience within a Blood Banks or Hospital Transfusion Departments or within Cellular Therapy Services;
• Experience in use of blood and tissue banking applications;
• Medical laboratory experience or Biotechnical/ Bio-analytical background;
• Experience in analyzing functional requests from customers;
• Experience in testing the medical functionalities;
• Experience in conducting training as well as in drafting and developing training materials;
