We are currently seeking a Customer Support to work across cutting-edge mobile technologies in a dynamic and rapidly moving environment. 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with players by providing prompt and accurate service via several different channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer support (e-mail and store reviews) on a daily basis
  • Monitor customer cases, app ratings and reviews; proactively find ways to respond to customers and provide product information
  • Prepare reports with results to management and app owners
  • Assist players in resolving technical problems with the games
  • Answer gameplay inquiries and help sort out gameplay issues
  • Check updates and clearly understand newly released content for the games
  • Go the extra mile to engage users through social support
  • Provide user feedback analysis within the company, and make product recommendations
  • Manage our Beta Testers community (communicate with studio managers, send beta versions to testers, maintain the community, monitor campaigns and send feedback reports)

You’ve got:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (English Language/E-business/Marketing/ - advantage)
  • Outstanding written and spoken English is a MUST
  • You are a fast learner, you take initiative and are awesome at troubleshooting 
  • Creative thinking and ability to solve complicated problems
  • Technical orientation
  • Proven customer support experience (must) 
  • Familiarity with gaming world - (advantage)
  • Service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team-player attitude
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Desire to never stop learning!
