They are looking for a senior and autonomous professional to take over full responsibility for assortment, commercial plan and execution, supporting trade marketing strategy and implementation, at the position of

                                                                         Country Manager

Job description:

• Responsibility for setting up and achieving business plans, aiming to continued business growth
• Establishment and implementation of all strategic, financial and operational processes in the company
• Organization and further development of all functions of the company, as strengthening and developing a team, in close collaboration with Brand and Marketing, to achieve targets set
• Active role in setting budgets, generating periodical forecasts and reports
• Responsible for sales and trade marketing activation process
• Ensuring reporting and follow-up on the KPI’s to measure and improve performance in all areas
• Represent the company towards the market, including key clients and sub-distributors, employees and the local authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business direction
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, distribution, and/or marketing, as well as a minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Working knowledge and experience in the FMCG industry, in trade and HORECA channels
• Knowledge of country legislation, external relations and commerce
• Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office
• Proven leader, with great people management and organizational skills, proficient in negotiating
• Strong financial knowledge, understanding of territory planning, distributor management, and key account management
