TBK Transport Group is looking for AFTER HOURS USA TRUCK COORDINATOR

TBK Transport Group is looking for after hours coordinator to join our team for the office in Skopje. Currently, we are on the search for a full-time after hours coordinator with hours of operations from 22:00 till 06:00, with at least 6 months of experience in the industry and the US market.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shipments with drivers
• Monitor freight delivery status to ensure all route updates occur in a timely manner
• Communicating with shippers and receivers
• Monitor drivers log books (HOS)

Knowledge and skills required:

• Excellent English skills (writing, speaking and listening) Spanish speaking candidates will have advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
• Knowledge of Amazon RELAY app will be advantage
